The Colorado Judicial Branch oversees court services across all judicial districts in Colorado through a network that includes trial courts for civil or criminal cases as well as specialized divisions. Its administrative structure coordinates operations among various localities to handle caseloads throughout each county (official website). It also provides public access to records along with self-help resources such as online payments (official website).
The branch’s stated mission is to deliver fair justice by resolving disputes impartially while safeguarding individual rights under state law (official website). Appellate functions are housed at the Ralph L. Carr Colorado Judicial Center in Denver (official website).
These holiday closures affect access to physical court services but do not impact online resources available through official channels.
